ello there! I’m Mrs. Sing. I’m an elementary music teacher who loves to create activities that are easy for teachers to set up. Movement, stations and interactive activities are my go-to for classroom engagement. I am so happy you’re here!
My love for music began when I started piano lessons around age 8. Soon after, a family friend gifted me a fiddle signed by Alison Krauss. Not long after that, I joined band and chose the clarinet. I was never satisfied just playing one instrument so my friend taught me how to play the flute and my best friend taught me how to play her French horn. More than 25 years later, I’m still learning new instruments. It is just so much fun!
I graduated from Reinhardt University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree of Music Education. My main focus was French horn with a minor in harp and piano.
I look forward to sharing my ideas with you and I hope you’ll share some with me, too! I’m excited for this new journey and I’m just so thankful you’re along for the ride!
